Very DISHONEST third rate people doing bad deals with disreputable and unsafe care providers and using harassment and other unpleasant tactics to try to get vulnerable people to pay for their bad business. Must be absolutely no supervision or regulation of this utterly Unethical and Vile organisation who deal with Highly Vulnerable people. Provable dishonesty, a complaints system that is a farce and some very low rate people very well paid. A complete overhaul needed and ALL the Unethical, Aggressive and Utterly Dishonest people who currently work there given P45's!
