Nice afternoon tea
This dealer sold me a vehicle that I discovered to be un-roadworthy, unsafe and not fit for road use. They gave me a fake MOT with the vehicle and refused to even look at the vehicle to repair the many major faults (including faulty traction control, active yaw control, no catalytic converter, no air conditioning, illegal emissions, leaking petrol). I was forced to take them to the small claims court to pursue a refund. They did not turn up to court, and have ignored the court's judgment to pay me and take the car back. I would not recommend these immoral, unprofessional liars to anyone.
Travelled down from Manchester to view a car. Luke kindly picked me up from the train station. The car was exactly as advertised. Very polite, friendly and honest chaps would highly recommend.
Good garage, great selection of cars, by far the biggest I've seen, not the best response time, but they seem to get very busy..Car broke down since the whole ignition system was gone, they replaced the coils, broke down again week later, then they replaced everything, coils, leads, starter motor, plugs, all genuine parts as far I know, car drivers perfectly, all replaced under warranty, so I'm happy now...they were professional and nice when all this crap happened and they also picked up and returned the car.. other than that happy as a new customer
