The worst, most disgraceful rail service in London, possibly the whole of the UK. 80% of the time trains are severely delayed or shamelessly cancelled. Overcrowding is beyond belief and half the trains are broken. Exactly the opposite of South Western Rail, which runs impeccably smoothly. They should do away with the whole company and remarket it as something new, with new management structures. EPIC FAILURE
