Nice things but the owner behaves terribly to customers and writes emails in capital letters. 3 months, no delivery and bad communication resulted in refund.

THREE MONTHS SINCE WE RETURNED 15 DEFECTIVE SUITS AND NO REFUND/REPLACEMENT GOODS RECEIVED YET!We purchased 15 black belt suits in good faith from this supplier last year and within a month the suits had fallen to bits - fraying at hems, discolouration of the black edging and holes appearing in seams. These faults were acknowledged by the supplier as other customers had complained about the quality of suits they had purchased around the same time. Since then, the majority of communication has been via us chasing with very slow response rates. We are now nearly 500 out of pocket and we have bought replacement suits for our students at our own expense. This is a final plea...CAN WE HAVE OUR MONEY BACK PLEASE?
