I was very impressed with the team at Rosewood and the quality of work they carried out within my property. The surveyor was really helpful in answering all questions I had about the damp course to be carried out and air bricks installed.
Deffo recommend - had Rosewood carry out a damp proofing course in my property, my house was riddled with damp and black spot mould. The staff were super friendly, their prices very reasonable and couldn't recommend the 'daisy' unit enough for anyone whose home also struggles with ventilation/condensation/ black spot mould etc as this has been removed completely. They did the damp proofing for a property that I purchased. The damp came back within couple years. Tried to contact them for a long time. When we finally gone through, they said that there is nothing to do with them as the their warranty is not to the property but to a specific person that was written on the certificate, which is the previous owner. I would recommend anyone who has damp issues using a company that does not only do one type of damp proofing so they can recommend based on what caused it.
Dreadful company. No business or customer ethics. Work in breach of data protection law 2008 so please be aware your details are not being stored correctly or with any security. I wouldnt recommend these people who when cant express themselves or are caught out in telephone conversation about their work find the easier option is to cut you off. They shouldnt be allowed to deal with either the buildings trade or the general public. No customer service or manners whatsoever. DO NOT USE!
