We really can't thank the staff enough at Kings Swanley branch for assisting us with the sale of our mothers house under difficult circumstances. From the initial valuation of the property to the completion of the sale they helped, advised and kept us updated every step of the way. They negotiated and secured a price for the property that both ourselves and the buyer was happy with. Throughout the sale they liaised with both parties solicitors which enabled us to complete on the date that both ourselves and the buyer wanted with no unnecessary stress or hassle. They also provided us with contact number of reliable trades people when needed. The sale went smoothly from day one. We certainly would have no hesitation in using them again. Absolutely disgusting service. They seemed really nice and friendly. However they offered lots of help that never came or constantly had to be chased. This delayed the sale massively. From the very first offer they kept saying every offer was a really good offer or the buyers were in a great position. They didn't check the buyers as they said, we know this because they told us to accept an offer which we didn't, we asked them to go back to the buyers. Eventually after a week they admitted the buyers were not returning calls and hadn't had any checks done! They recommended we accept offers well below asking price even though the property hadn't been on the market long, less than a month over Christmas and New Year? This was a sale done buy an executor, and they made everything really difficult and much more painful. We complained but they didn't even bother to apologies! Absolutely do not use them, they over price property and tell you after a while the market speaks to you, it doesn't speak to you over Christmas New Year the market is non-existant! Idiots liars and make moving/selling/buying worse than it needs to be!
