Stunning selection of freshwater and marine fish. Some truly beautiful species I've never seen elsewhere. Really helpful staff, too. Definitely worth a visit.
The best fish shop I have ever been to these guys are the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met I have bought a big tank off these guys and couldnt fit in the car so they delivered it to my house the next day the Tanks are the most cleanest and high maintenance when it comes to when it comes to their show tanks I have ever seen I have always been a fish keeper and have been Searching for the best fish shop for years now and I have finally found them every fish I have bought off these guys have always been healthy and never have had a poorly one like you do in most fish shops you can see that these guys take full pride in there show and sale tanks and really do care about there customers the best customer service I have ever seen and couldnt ask for a better fish shop highly recommend to all fish keepers the best fish shop I have ever seen in all the south east highly recommend to all great products fish and prices.
Great friendly staff who are really helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased my fish and noticed an issue with one of them, was expecting to have to buy some treatment to solve myself but they were really helpful and accepted a straight return for another fish. Don't bother with the big chains and get some decent fish that you know have been treated well. Lots of variety so you can't go wrong.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Very professional shop with a wide variety of fish, plants, tanks etc. The Fish always look healthy and well cared for.I have visited many aquatic shops and Birchwood are in a league of their own.
Bought some goldfish, comets and golden for our garden pond. The guy who served us was very helpful, cost seemed reasonable and fish seem to have settled in okay. The place from outside doesn't look impressive but fine inside and all looked clean and well kept. Would recommend.
