Post office service useless. Queued up for 30 mins only to be told that the service I came to use was not working and hadn't been for a while. suggested that they should put up a sign letting people know before they had to wait in line? They didn't look particularly impressed by the suggestion... Much more fun to let people waste their time?
Went and tried the cafe. Drinks were nice but very disappointed with the food. Ordered toasted sandwiches which were pretty standard but also scrambled egg on two slices of toast I found this very poor and lacked taste. Presented on a small like side plate with the egg looking like it was gently fried and then attacked in pieces. This should have been put on a larger plate so it wouldn't fallen off the plate when cutting and the egg should have been light and fluffy. Sorry won't be going back for seconds.
If you're like me and you need to work/revise then run as far away from here as possible. It's always noisy and the cafe is literally in the same place. Don't recommend at all.
The library has been refurbished about a year ago. The building has now a post office and a coffee shop.
