two stars for receptionists for giving appointments and trying to be helpful.for the practiotioners and doctors, totally useless,waste of time and effort. Not even one star. They told me for a swab test, after days waiting for result, which they will not call u, I need to go everyday and ask if results are there.after they said doctor will discuss results so I took an appointment and result is,swab test not processed!seriuosly?why?,nurse put specimen in wrong tube?very incompetent. Another doctor checked something in my mouth which I keep biting while im sleeping. He ses its an ulcer,which actually not. Heeven advised to come bck in a month.although I came there and already in pain.wat a moron.he told me go for bloodtest as this can be result of lack of vit d???I did anyway,and blododtest result is all good except low iron. I had telephone apptmt with a dr. And his words exactly this : ##you have low iron but not anemic, strange.## no advise for it. And ses call me again I need to check on this with laboratory, and there are many patiets waiting too.so just call back!!..excuse me,im a patient too!!how can u treat patients like that. The fact that u dont know wat to tell me gave me all the ryt to say how moron doctor u are. Guess wat, fyi...ive google my results..low iron but not anemic, means low iron deficiency and can lead to anemia if not address.so u actually should give me iron prescription, u know !we are notstupid.find another job which u all can be good at it.instead of wasting our time, treat us like stupid, and make our conditions worse!
What a joke of a place rude , unproffesional dont care how long you wait im finding a new doctors.
Great GP...when you can actually get an appointment.They put me on trial dosages of my anti-depressant and anti-psych medication for 2 weeks, and they were doing well, they wanted a follow-up appointment to see how the medications were working but didn't make one with me, I sat on hold for hours trying to get an appointment before my meds ran out but they would not pick up the phone AT ALL.I rung them for 4 days in a row, 3 hours at a time and nobody spoke to me. Needless to say, my medication ran out, I'm now on no medication at all and its made my mental health problems increasingly worse.
An hour and 10 minutes on hold to get through to them while the chit chat to people in the surgery!! Ridiculous!! Should be processing people as quick as possible not listening to peoples life stories.
Dr Ian Jones is the best GP ever. So helpful, so caring, so personable. His appointments are never rushed and he has been hugely helpful to us all as a family. We are gutted to be having to leave the surgery as we have moved out of their catchment area.
