I went to Hextable cars when I really needed help. Joe Chaks customer service was incredible and he went above and beyond what I really needed help with. There were some things that needed fixing on my car and when I asked for help, he talked me through everything and made sure that all the parts I required were taken care of at the best price possible. I also had the chance to get a car here which was in amazing shape as I been a little sceptic at first but having been given positive recommendation from a friend, I was not disappointed at all! Really appreciated service given here. Would definitely recommend!

This man ( if you could use that word to describe Joe) is a total joke!!! purchased a car off him and guaranteed he personally looked at the car and there was no problems at all, all the things I queried he gave reasonable reasons for knowing I knew nothing about cars, however the day after purchase I took the car to a garage who gave me a whole list of things wrong with it which made it unsafe to drive, spoke to Joe who laughed down the phone and offered no help and told me its not his problem as its he knows there is no problems with the car, also ignored most of my calls!! now passing to trading standards and Autotrader will stop him advertising on their site. not over by a long shot may I add!!I would avoid buying anything from this disrespectful uneducated man my phone records the calls and im passing on everything he said. Avoid or learn the hard way by loosing thousands of pounds because once the car goes to a real garage you will find out you cant drive it!
Please be aware of checking the car thoroughly before you buy a car from this seller. Within a month of purchase DPF sensor replaced, alarm siren replaced, air con refilled, major service done and 3 windscreen chips repaired (which was not visible due to dust & dirt whilst purchase) & showed a sign of Soot Filter full & God knows what else in future. Joe sounds professional but in reality far-far from it. In case of warranty, please note you have to take your car to their garage regardless wherever you live in UK. If I want I can pin point other areas as well however, it is best for viewers & readers to keep it simple. To summarise, only buy a car with your own risk & please spend your money wisely.
