We bought a voucher for a couples massage. No one answers the phone and you get a voice message telling you that they will come back within 24 hours. No one ever does. Everytime you call you will get this message. I must have emailed 3 times before getting a reply to ask what times we would like to book. When I replied, no one ever confirmed. This business does not have their act together.
Brought Groupon Voucher and been trying to contact them for the last 2 weeks. Left voicemail and no reply. Do not use them. Contacted Groupon today and they in the process of issuing a refund with Groupon Credit.
Turned up to redeem a Groupon voucher and it was SHUT DOWN. Trying to get money back from Groupon, but so far being told there was a robbery and this is why it's closed. Erm think my photo is clearly showing they were not there. No call, email anything. Still selling vouchers on their website and on Groupon. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!
Gone into administration, and have redeemed the vchr for an appointment I have not yet had. Hopefully, groupon will give me my money back. Disappointing as based on the hospitality of staff when booking, sounded promising.
Do not bother! Looks like a good number of the positive reviews here are fake. They never pick up their phone and God help you buy their vouche off Groupon! You will be bunked off their booking list even after they take your booking and use your security code.
